Join the Global LT community and help provide language lessons to business professionals and their families worldwide. We are looking for an online cross-cultural trainerto provide customized virtual sessions to our clients.

Job Information:

We are looking for an experienced Cross-Cultural Trainer to facilitate a Working Across Cultures program virtually.

Program Details:
- Format: 8 hours approved (one business day)
- Start Date: March2026
- Mode of training: Online/virtual
- Schedule: Would prefer weekends or later in the weekdays (local Israel time)
- Language of the presentation: It should be held in English language
- Clients native language: English (native); Spanish (Advanced)
- Program outline: Must be tailored to the students needs. Besides local business etiquettes and culture the client is also interested in learning about local history and relevant sites

Responsibilities:

Delivering tailored dynamic effective and engaging sessions that prepareattendees for the cultural adjustment curve
Delivering personalized programs that address business social and practical relocation issues while encouraging client participation in developing the skills needed to achieve cultural competence
Communicating in an efficient effective and professional manner

Qualifications:

Native or near-native written and spoken proficiency in English
Previous experience in providing Cultural Training
Trainers have either a degree or have attended classes and/or seminars in Intercultural Studies or related fields
Home and Host Country experience is preferred but not required
Good communication and presentation skills
