Job Summary
Overview
Shall be responsible for maintenance inspection and installation of general maintenance carpenter duties as assigned. Completion of this work will assure a safe and pleasant environment for patients visitors and staff.

Responsibilities
- Performs general maintenance carpenter duties including but not limited to sign fabrication general maintenance carpentry work and repairs
- Performs fire door inspections and repairs
- Hangs and finishes drywall.
- Removes and hangs various objects.
- Repairs and rebuilding or changes to door hardware.
- Furnishing repair including but not limited to furniture artwork frames etc.
Qualifications
Education:High school graduate or equivalent required
Experience:3 years of carpenter experience required
