Join our HR Marketing Team recognized as one of the best marketing teams in Ukraine according to the Ukrainian Advertising Coalitions research. We are looking for someone who knows how to write interesting and engaging content for internal users. As a Content Writer you will work on strengthening internal engagement through effective communication.

Responsibilities:

Create clear and engaging communication materials for internal processes system notifications policy updates and new initiatives.
Rewrite and structure the companys internal knowledge base to be clear and accessible reflecting the companys tone of voice.
Ensure communication consistency (same tone design quality) in corporate internal channels
Translate complex information from departments into user-friendly documentation
Collaborate closely with HR and other departments to prepare system notifications guides and process updates

Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience in internal communications knowledge management or related fields
Ability to analyze information and draw accurate conclusions
Excellent written communication and content-structuring skills.
Result-oriented with excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate multiple priorities
Creative mindset
Detailed oriented
Advanced level of English
