Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Server Specialist with deep expertise in VMware technologies to manage support and optimize virtualized server and storage environments. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years experience in virtualization and infrastructure along with a relevant bachelors degree and VMware certifications. Fluency in Arabic is required for seamless communication and coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support server and storage infrastructure with a focus on VMware virtualization technologies.
- Implement configure and maintain virtualized environments ensuring performance availability and scalability.
- Monitor and troubleshoot virtualization issues ensuring business continuity and minimal downtime.
- Perform regular system updates patching and upgrades aligned with IT security policies.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to support infrastructure for various business applications.
- Maintain accurate documentation of systems procedures and configurations.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of handson experience in server storage and VMwarebased virtualization environments.
- VMware certification (VCP or equivalent) is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of virtualization best practices and performance tuning.
- Experience in infrastructure troubleshooting maintenance and monitoring.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
