What Youll Do
As an Account Manager youll combine client leadership strategy and performance ownership:
Be the primary point of contact for your clients and build long-term trust-based relationships
Lead client calls: check-ins strategy sessions and performance reviews
Clearly explain Amazon PPC strategy and results in a way clients truly understand
Guide and support PPC Managers to ensure campaigns align with client goals
Own PPC performance outcomes wins challenges and next steps
Proactively solve problems and keep clients confident and informed
Maintain consistent communication across multiple touchpoints
What Success Looks Like
High client satisfaction and retention
Strong measurable Amazon PPC results
Long-term client partnerships
A motivated high-performing PPC team
What Were Looking For
3 year experience in Account Management Brand Management or a client-facing role
Solid understanding of Amazon PPC and performance metrics
Strong communication skills clear confident and human
Leadership or mentoring experience (a big plus)
A problem-solver who takes ownership not excuses
Comfortable working fully remote with async tools
