Job Summary

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Architect / Technical Lead with strong expertise in Java Spring Boot Microservices and AWS and proven experience in the NBFC domain. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery technical leadership and client interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Design develop and architect scalable applications using Core Java Spring Boot and Microservices
Lead projects end-to-end from requirement gathering to deployment and support
Manage and mentor a team of developers ensuring high-quality delivery
Understand client requirements prepare solution designs define timelines and ensure on-time delivery
Act as the primary technical point of contact for stakeholders and clients
Ensure best practices in code quality security performance and scalability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business-aligned solutions
Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks and dependencies

Mandatory Skills & Experience:

10 years of experience in Java application development
Strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Microservices architecture
Excellent knowledge of Core Java
Mandatory experience with AWS (EC2 S3 RDS Lambda etc.)
Mandatory domain experience in NBFC / Financial Services
Proven experience in project handling and end-to-end delivery
Strong experience in team handling and technical leadership
Ability to interact with clients gather requirements and define project timelines
