Role 1: Dynatrace / Observability Engineer (2 Resources)

Onsite Berkeley Heights NJ

Role Focus:
Enterprise observability event intelligence and anomaly detection for payment and settlement platforms.

What this role is accountable for
Operationalize Dynatrace as the primary observability control plane
Move Fiserv from threshold-based monitoring to AI-driven anomaly detection
Deliver fast root-cause during incidents
Core Skill Emphasis

Dynatrace SaaS / Managed (hands-on)
Event ingestion & enrichment (deployments backlogs failures) - Moogsoft
Moogsoft config experience/AI Based event enrichments with ServiceNow integrations
Payments / BFSI systems (Nice to have)
