About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Home-Based Travel Agent to assist clients with planning and coordinating travel experiences. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working independently communicating with clients and helping travelers bring their plans together from start to finishall from a home-based environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Consult with clients to understand travel preferences timelines and needs
Research destinations accommodations transportation and travel options
Coordinate bookings and itineraries with attention to detail and accuracy
Provide timely communication and support before during and after travel
Maintain organized client records and booking documentation
Stay informed on travel trends policies and supplier updates
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-service mindset with attention to detail
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Basic computer proficiency and comfort using online tools
Time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Prior experience in travel hospitality or customer service is helpful but not required
