Company is looking for a confident well-spoken and presentable retired professional to act as a client-facing representative. This role involves interacting with clients explaining services and building trust through clear and professional communication. Prior industry experience is not mandatory; strong communication skills and maturity are key.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a client spokesperson/representative for company.
Communicate clearly and confidently with clients in person and over calls.
Explain company services and address basic client queries professionally.
Coordinate between clients and internal teams when required.
Maintain a polite respectful and professional demeanor always.
Represent the company positively during meetings and discussions.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Retired professionals encouraged to apply (ex-government banking corporate PSU or similar backgrounds preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident presentable and courteous personality.
Ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
Basic comfort with phone calls and simple documentation.
Knowledge of English and Kannada preferred (other languages a plus).
