About the Role
We are looking for a passionate Senior Talent Acquisition to join our internal HR this role you are responsible for executing the companys global recruitment activities. This position manages the end-to-end recruitment process including attracting engaging and hiring top talent to support the companys growth and long-term success. During this process you will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders as well as external recruitment solutions and partners to ensure hiring needs are met effectively.
You will play an essential part in enabling Sunbytes business strategy through the timely availability of qualified talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive recruitment plans that are tailored to meet targets for headcount and quality of hire.
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle from job requisition to offer acceptance ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates qualifications and fit for the organization.
- Leverage industry expertise and knowledge about current trends in the IT outsourcing services field in order to advise on process improvements or any issues that might arise within the Talent Acquisition Team or business at large.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers and clients to understand their staffing needs and priorities.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership to align recruitment strategies with the companys strategic objectives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders providing guidance on talent acquisition best practices and market trends.
- Utilize recruitment data and analytics to track and measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the recruitment process.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to recruitment
- Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives to attract a diverse global talent pool.
- Other tasks as assigned by the Manager/CEO
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Law Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment preferably in an international IT-related environment.
- Excellent command of English communication
- Strong ownership with the ability to manage multiple hiring priorities.
- Strategic and analytical aligning recruitment with business needs.
- Professional ethical and discreet with sensitive information.
- Proactive and solution-oriented driving process improvement.
- Trusted advisor with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Clear and effective communicator across cultures.
- Detail-oriented and compliant with recruitment regulations.
