What Youll Do:
Own end-to-end talent acquisition for all roles building strong talent pipelines.
Partner with leadership to anticipate hiring needs and define role requirements.
Lead initiatives that strengthen our culture engagement and retention.
Monitor and improve our brand publicly as a great place to work.
Implement performance management and recognition programs aligned with our values.
Use data and insights to continuously improve hiring and staff retention.
Who You Are:
58 years in recruiting or talent acquisition for a small to mid-size organization.
Skilled at sourcing hiring and onboarding top talent.
Experienced in shaping culture and employee engagement programs.
Strong communicator collaborator and influencer.
Data-driven organized and able to manage multiple initiatives independently.
Passionate about learning and helping people grow.
Experience with the Entrepreneur Operating System (EOS) is a plus.
Job Details:
Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Flexible schedule with a minimum of 4 hours overlap during the 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST (New York) business day.
Remote: 100% Online
