As a Key Account Manager you play a key role in managing and developing relationships with our customers primarily within the public sector. The main objective of the role is to drive growth within your own portfolio by increasing service utilization expanding the number of users and generating higher revenues.
The team also holds overall responsibility for maximizing Epassis sales performance revenue and customer profitability reducing churn and enhancing customer satisfaction among existing customers within the Mid X large segment across all of Epassis products.
This role is a fixed term role for 1 year with a start in January 2026.
