Key Responsibilities:

  • Report follow & resolve any issue or risk relevant to inventory control operation
  • Manage a team of cycle count agents & picking feeders (18 person)
  • Work closely with procurement operation & engineering to solve issues related to inventory & feeding
  • Ensure materials delivery to production on time: Responsible for picking optimization: Kanban Update materials availability Stock accuracy; identify slow moving parts /obsoletes parts make regular martial returns to the warehouse
  • Ensure inventory accuracy in WIP (Cycle Count Spot count) identify & understand the root cause of GAPs establish an action plan for non-recurrences according to LEAP procedures
  • WTW leader: Prepare and coordinate the WTW in the plant ensure the WTW activities until the approval of final results establish & follow the WTW action plan according to LEAR procedures
  • Maintain updated and accurate records of inventory
  • Ensure periodic statistical information to the manager regarding trends related to inventory levels Picking filing rate.
  • Responsible for all inventory reporting (daily/weekly / Monthly) according to LEAR management requirements
  • Support Plant on CI & successful all audits in Plant (IATF FOA Customers audit)

Key skills and Qualifications:

  • Automotive experience for at least 3 years.
  • Bac5 or equivalent
  • Logistics & inventory management experience
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel & VBA skills
  • Teamwork & Analytical spirit
  • Good skills in warehousing & inventory
  • Ability to prioritize work
  • Proficiency in both English & French languages spoken and written
