Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Reservations Supervisor to join our team in Jeddah Saudi this key role you will oversee the reservations department ensuring optimal revenue generation and exceptional guest experiences.
- Lead and manage the reservations team providing guidance training and support to achieve departmental goals
- Oversee daily reservations operations implementing effective strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy
- Monitor and analyze reservation trends adjusting strategies as needed to optimize performance
- Ensure all reservations are processed accurately and efficiently adhering to company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with revenue management sales and front office teams to align reservation strategies with overall business objectives
- Handle complex reservation inquiries and resolve escalated customer issues
- Generate and analyze reports on reservations performance providing insights to management
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian hospitality regulations and standards
Qualifications :
- 3-5 years of experience in hotel reservations with a proven track record in a supervisory role
- Proficiency in reservation management systems and global distribution systems (GDS)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- Excellent customer service skills and a customer-centric approach
- Demonstrated experience in revenue management
- Advanced problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
- Proficient in time management and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- In-depth knowledge of the hospitality industry and current market trends
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- Familiarity with Saudi Arabian hospitality regulations and cultural norms
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as required
