Job Title: Senior Manager - Wealth and Asset Management
Position Overview:
We are looking for a seasoned Senior Manager with deep functional expertise across custody and investment operations. The ideal candidate will lead strategic initiatives covering settlements static reference data corporate actions and tax while steering implementation programs across platforms such as FNZ CAD NeoXam and other third-party tools. This role demands strong leadership cross-functional coordination and the ability to influence operating models across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead large-scale transformation and system implementation programs ensuring strategic alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Lead and manage custody transformation initiatives by consolidating custodian services under a single provider.
- Oversee the end-to-end trade settlement process ensuring timely and accurate execution of trades across various asset classes under clients new platform/custodian.
- Define and refine the custody and investment operations TOM process re-engineering approaches and industry best practices.
- Manage corporate actions processes ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Provide expert guidance on various asset classes including Equities Fixed Income and Derivatives to support investment strategies and client needs.
- Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders clients and external partners to drive business growth and client satisfaction.
- Stay abreast of industry trends regulatory changes and technological advancements to inform strategic decision-making.
- Review and sign off business requirements and functional specifications.
Qualifications:
- Over 1520 years of experience in custody operations investment operations or functional consulting within financial services.
- Prior experience in a Senior Manager Lead Consultant or Delivery Lead role.
- Strong track record in large-scale transformation programs and multi-system implementations.
- Excellent executive communication stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
- Expertise in documenting and presenting strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
- Bachelors degree in finance Business Administration or a related field; MBA
- Proficiency in relevant financial software and tools.
- Strong communication skills in English are essential and proficiency in Italian and German is a plus.
