• Lead and develop mitigation crews responding to water fire and mold losses
• Direct jobs to be completed on budget on time and to Paul Davis standards
• Run daily team huddles and ensure crews are job-ready
• Meet with customers and adjusters on site to resolve issues professionally
• Re-inspect job sites for quality control and customer satisfaction
• Maintain properly stocked trucks equipment and inventory
• Participate in on-call rotation as needed
