Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented organized and experienced Project Scheduler to support project planning and execution in a fully remote capacity. This position is open exclusively to candidates residing within the United States and applications from outside the U.S. will not be considered.

The Project Scheduler will be responsible for developing maintaining and monitoring project schedules ensuring timely delivery of projects while coordinating with project managers teams and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills attention to detail and proficiency in scheduling software to support project efficiency and success.


Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for multiple projects using project management and scheduling software

Coordinate with project managers engineers and teams to ensure schedule accuracy and alignment with project objectives

Monitor project progress identify potential schedule risks and recommend corrective actions

Prepare and distribute schedule reports dashboards and updates to stakeholders

Track milestones dependencies and resource allocation to ensure timely project delivery

Participate in project planning meetings and provide input on scheduling feasibility and critical paths

Ensure compliance with project standards timelines and contractual obligations

Maintain accurate records and documentation of schedule updates changes and approvals


Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering Project Management or a related field preferred

Proven experience as a Project Scheduler Planner or in a similar role

Proficiency with project scheduling software (e.g. Primavera P6 Microsoft Project Smartsheet)

Strong understanding of project management methodologies and critical path analysis

Excellent organizational analytical and time-management skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fully remote environment

Must reside in the United States and be legally authorized to work in the U.S.


Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in construction engineering or technical project environments

Knowledge of resource planning and cost management integration with schedules

Certification in project scheduling or project management (e.g. PMP PSP)

Experience with remote collaboration tools and distributed project teams


Compensation:

Annual Salary: $70000 $90000 USD commensurate with experience and qualifications
