The Opportunity

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Support and coach up several agile teams to work in a self-organized & agile way
• Plan and facilitate the agile ceremonies for the team
• Support the Teams to remove impediments
• Support the Teams to keep the backlog up-to-date
• Work closely together with the Product Owner to ensure the Product Backlog is constantly up-to-date ordered and clear.
• Facilitate discussion decision making and conflict resolution in the team and with its collaborators and stakeholders.
• Help the Scrum team focus on creating high-value increments.
• Teach Scrum theory practices rules and values to newcomers.
• Drive the continuous improvement of the Scrum process towards a devops way of working.
• Participate in Jira workflow evolutions to support teams process efficiency and share view on deliveries to external stakeholders.

• Structured you can demonstrate leaderships skills in matrix organization
• You are concerned by the well beeing of the team members and convinced that the team should be a safe place.
• Experience with DevOps is a plus

• Proficiency in English is mandatory (French would be a plus)
