What You Will Do
In this role you will be responsible for:
Performing and managing administrative tasks with high accuracy
Supporting automation initiatives (workflows tools digital forms dashboards)
Assisting with procurement activities (supplier data purchase requests public and private tenders commercial opportunities comparisons)
Maintaining trackers databases and drafting documentation with AI
Identifying inefficiencies and suggesting process improvements
Coordinating with internal stakeholders and external vendors
Supporting compliance reporting and structured record-keeping
Who You Are
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant field (Business Administration Supply Chain HR IT or similar)
Strong in administrative work and highly detail-oriented
Tech-savvy with confidence using digital tools (Excel required; Jira Automation tools are a plus)
Able to work autonomously and responsibly in a remote setup
Structured proactive and reliable
Language requirements:
Fluent English (mandatory)
Advanced Dutch (strongly desirable!)
Spanish (nice-to-have)
