Job Summary

At TheHRchapter we are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Trainee / Intern to support our administrative automation procurement & commercial activities.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised comfortable working independently and eager to gain hands-on experience in digital operations within a modern international environment in an Agentic AI-powered company related to Transformation & HR Consultancy services!

You will work remotely collaborate with different business functions and contribute to improving operational efficiency through structured administration and smart use of technology.

  • Hours: 20 to 30 hours per week flexible contract

  • Location: Remote (EMEA time zone)

  • Type: Internship / Traineeship

  • Contract: Initial 3-month contract (extension depending on performance and initiative)

  • Internship Compensation: 250 per month

  • Start date: ASAP


What You Will Do

In this role you will be responsible for:

Performing and managing administrative tasks with high accuracy

Supporting automation initiatives (workflows tools digital forms dashboards)

Assisting with procurement activities (supplier data purchase requests public and private tenders commercial opportunities comparisons)

Maintaining trackers databases and drafting documentation with AI

Identifying inefficiencies and suggesting process improvements

Coordinating with internal stakeholders and external vendors

Supporting compliance reporting and structured record-keeping


Who You Are

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant field (Business Administration Supply Chain HR IT or similar)

  • Strong in administrative work and highly detail-oriented

  • Tech-savvy with confidence using digital tools (Excel required; Jira Automation tools are a plus)

  • Able to work autonomously and responsibly in a remote setup

  • Structured proactive and reliable

  • Language requirements:

Fluent English (mandatory)

Advanced Dutch (strongly desirable!)

Spanish (nice-to-have)

250 monthly internship allowance

Initial 3-month contract with possibility of extension. Possibility of a formal contract of employment depending on performance.
