POSITION SPECIFICS
This full-time position is located at the University Park campus. This position offers a flexible work arrangement that combines remote and on-campus work. Questions related to flexible work should be directed to the hiring manager during the interview process.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Complete thorough investigations for alleged violations including hazing physical assault and other serious misconduct by conducting interviews identifying and collecting evidence and preparing comprehensive and unbiased investigative reports.
Maintain confidential records and track case progress for the investigations team to ensure timely completion of investigations and reviews in alignment with university policies and state and federal law.
Provide support and leadership to other staff tasked with investigatory duties in the Student Accountability & Conflict Response office.
Collaborate with the Office of Sexual Misconduct Reporting and Response the Office of Fraternity & Sorority Life Student Leadership & Involvement University Police other campus offices and local law enforcement to investigate potential student organization violations.
Complete Conduct Reviews by reviewing reports and self-disclosures of past misconduct conducting background interviews and making recommendations regarding eligibility for enrollment.
Serve as a case manager for individual student misconduct cases as needed.
Skills and Knowledge:
The successful candidate must have experience in investigations and/or student conduct. Experience with trauma-informed investigations is a plus.
Capacityto work cooperatively with various levels of faculty staff students and community partners.
Ability to take initiative and have flexibility to adapt to shifting workload demands.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent analytical judgment ethicaldecision-makingand organizational skills.
Ability to work with a wide variety of cultures and backgrounds.
Demonstrated ability to assist people in crisis.

SALARY & BENEFITS
