工作职责:
- 制定有挑战性和可执行的销售计划和经销商及客户有效沟通完成销售目标
- 开发及维护医院客户并通过学术活动和日常沟通有效传递产品信息及相关服务等
- 建立和维护与临床医生学术带头人的学术合作关系体现公司专业创新合作的学术形象
- 负责给客户提供专业的产品技术支持如果过程中有进行透视操作时强生员工必须位于有辐射危险提示标记的范围之外
- 掌握应有的产品知识及销售技巧并不断更新
- 了解竞争对手的市场状况按时准确提交各项市场数据通过分析销售数据和趋势提出合理建议
- 严格遵守公司的合规政策
- 完成上级交予的其他任务
职位要求:
- 大学本科及以上学历医学或药学专业优先
- 有医药医疗行业相关的销售经验
- 有良好的沟通能力和销售技巧
- 积极进取结果导向有创新精神和合作意识
- 专业自信能够自我激励不断学习
- 能承受工作压力具有吃苦耐劳精神
