Job Summary
Te kaupapa o te tūranga - The purpose of the role.
We have two permanent part-time positions available - one in Checkouts and one in Self-Checkouts.
Self-Checkout shifts
Friday: 4:00pm 8:00pm
Saturday: 4:00pm 8:00pm
Checkout shifts
Friday: 12:00pm 4:00pm
Saturday: 12:00pm 4:00pm
Checkout Team Member
Youll deliver fast friendly service at the checkout keeping things moving while maintaining high standards. Youll stay calm under pressure use technology confidently and take pride in an organized tidy workspace. If you enjoy working with customers in a fast-paced environment wed love to hear from you.
Self-Checkout Team Member
Supporting customers through our self-checkout area youll be quick on your feet helping with scanning issues packing bags and guiding customers to the next available checkout. Youll handle challenges calmly keep the area customer-ready and support loss prevention by raising any concerns.
Qualifications :
He kōrero mōu ake - About you
Having experience in a customer-facing role such as retail or hospitality would be beneficial but its not essential. Good communication skills are essential and a positive attitude with a willingness to learn is a must. Additionally you should be comfortable standing for long periods.
