Discovery Kidzone Montessori is seeking a Certified Montessori Lead Teacher to guide children ages 35 in a joyful innovative and nurturing environment. What Youll Do

• Prepare and maintain an intentional child-led Montessori classroom for ages 35
• Observe guide and support each childs development with warmth curiosity and purpose
• Use authentic Montessori materials to foster independence confidence and lifelong learning
• Create and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans and classroom routines
• Document learning experiences through observation displays and family communication
• Maintain positive professional relationships with families and staff
• Ensure classroom compliance with state licensing and Montessori standards
• Model and uphold Discovery Kidzones core values:

What You Bring

• Montessori certification required (NAMC AMS AMI or MACTE-accredited programs accepted)
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with children ages 05 in a licensed early childhood setting
• Strong classroom leadership skills grounded in consistency compassion and intention
• Passion for child-centered Montessori-inspired education
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• A growth mindset and enthusiasm for continued learning
