Job Summary of theSite Operations Coordinator
The Site Operations Coordinator plays a critical role inensuring the smoothoperationof the AxogenProcessing Center (APC) by managing day-to-day office activities supporting operational leadership coordinating cross-functional requestsandhelpingmaintainacleancompliantandprofessionalworkplaceenvironment.Thispositionservesasthe centralhubforadministrativeworkflowsfacilityneedsofficelogisticsandemployee/visitorsupportensuringthesite operates efficiently and aligns with Axogens mission values and GMP expectations.
Requirements of theSite Operations Coordinator
- HighschooldiplomaorGEDrequired;associateorbachelorsdegreepreferred.
- Minimum2yearsofadministrativeoperationsorworkplacecoordinationexperience.
- Experienceinbiotechmedicaldevicemanufacturingorotherregulatedenvironmentspreferred.
- Strongorganizationalplanningandmultitaskingabilities
- Excellentverbalandwrittencommunicationskills.
- Highattentiontodetailwithasenseofurgency.
- Abilitytohandlesensitiveinformationwithprofessionalismandconfidentiality.
- ProficiencywithMicrosoftOfficeSuiteTeamsOutlook;familiaritywithsystemssuchasPaycorMasterControl and Smartsheet is a plus.
- Abilitytobuildpositiverelationshipsacrossalllevelsoftheorganization.
Responsibilities of the Site Operations Coordinator
The specific duties of the Site Operations Coordinator include but are not limited to:
- Greetvisitorsandrelateddeliveriestothefacility.
- Serveastheprimarypointofcontactforadministrativerequestsincomingcommunicationsandonsiteassistance.
- Managedailyofficeactivitiesincludingschedulingcorrespondencesupplyorderinganddocumentrouting.
- Coordinatewithvendorsserviceprovidersandcontractorssupportingthesite.
- Draftinternalcommunications(videoboards)meetingnotesagendasandsiteannouncementsasneeded.
- Supportonboardinglogistics(IT/Facilitiesrequestswelcomematerialstrainingbindersdesksetup).
- Coordinatefacility-relatedneedssuchasjanitorialrequestsbadgeaccessofficeequipmentsupportand meeting room setup.
- Overseebreakroomsuppliesvisitormanagementmailhandlingandresourceallocation.
- PartnerwithFacilitiesandMaintenanceEnvironmentalHealthandSafetyHumanResourcesInformation Technology Quality Finance and Operations leaders to ensuretimelyresolution of site issues.
- AssistwithcommunicationsitelogisticsandadministrativetaskssupportingOperationsQuality Environmental Health and Safety and Engineering.
- Supportdocumentcontrolactivitiesconsistentwithregulatedmanufacturingenvironments.
- Assistleadershipinpreparingforauditsinspectionsandregulatorydocumentationneeds.
- HelpmaintainofficeandsitepracticesthatalignwithGMPsafetyandcompliancestandards.
- Supportsschedulinglogisticsplanningandexecutionofonsiteandoffsitemeetings.
- Managecateringmaterialsvenuecoordinationandevent-daylogistics.
