Senior Product Manager Direct Tax

About the Role

As a Senior Product Manager Direct Tax you will be responsible for:

• Developing and executing a strategic roadmap for federal government engagements while contributing to our broader commercial product strategy.

• Collaborating with engineering content and support teams to define prioritize and deliver features and improvements for both government and commercial customers.

• Managing stakeholder relationships with federal agency personnel and conducting user research to identify pain points and prioritize enhancements that deliver the greatest impact.

• Coordinating integration features including API capabilities and data exchange between our tax products and federal enterprise systems.

• Defining and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product success and using data-driven insights to make informed decisions and enhance performance.

About You

Youre a fit for the role if your background includes:

• 5 years of proven experience as a Product Manager.

• Strong technical background with knowledge of API integrations and enterprise system connectivity.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.

• Understanding of US federal tax compliance processes and professional tax preparation workflows a plus.

Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The base compensation range varies across locations. Eligible office location(s) for this role include one or more of the following: New York City San Francisco Los Angeles and/or Irvine CA; McLean VA; Washington DC. The base compensation range for the role in any of those locations is $134680 USD - $250120 USD. Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individuals knowledge skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs. This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance.
