Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure product entering operations or inventory meets all design requirements by confirming dimensional characteristics visual/cosmetic attributes functional operation and supporting documentation review.
  • Oversee manufacturing processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications. Compare measurement outputs against design requirements and determines pass/fail.
  • Create and maintain quality control plans procedures checklists inspection reports and other technical documents.
  • Use statistical methods to analyze quality data identify trends and monitor process reliability.
  • Lead root cause analysis for defects and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Support and conduct basic manual (surface plate and visual) inspection of parts and packaging.

Functional Knowledge

  • In-depth knowledge of QC/QA principles tools and methodologies (SPCRoot Cause Analysis).
  • Proficiency in using measurement tools data analysis software and relevant software.
  • Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and quality management systems (e.g. ISO 9001).
  • Strong analytical problem-solving communication and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with semiconductor fabrication operations preferred.

  • Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market.

  • Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience; may lead small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements.

  • Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective on existing solutions; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
