Job Description
We are seeking a hands-onMaintenance Technicianto supportmanufacturing and packaging equipmenton3rdshiftat our Grand Island NY facility. This role focuses on troubleshooting repairing andmaintainingproduction equipment in a regulated manufacturing environment.
This position is ideal for technicians who enjoy working directly on machines responding to breakdowns and keeping production running safely and efficiently.
- Troubleshoot and repairmechanical electrical and pneumatic systemson manufacturing and packaging equipment
- Maintain manufacturingequipment includingfillers capperslyophilizers autoclavestanksmixers and packaging systems
- Perform and documentpreventive maintenanceusing a CMMS(IBM Maximo)
- Respondto equipment failures andrestoreoperations with minimal downtime
- Support equipmentchangeovers startups and adjustments
- Read and interpretelectrical schematics mechanical drawings and OEM manuals
- Accurately document maintenance activitiesin accordance withcGMP requirements
- Follow allsafety procedures including LOTO and PPE requirements
- Work independently on off-shifts and escalate issues whenrequired
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 years of hands-on maintenance experiencein a manufacturing environment
- OR
- Completion of atechnical or trade school programand/or attainment of anassociatesdegreein a related discipline may be accepted as a substitute for or in addition to relevant work experience.
- Strong troubleshooting skills onmanufacturing equipmenttypes
- Experience working in acGMP or regulated environment
- Ability to readelectrical schematics and mechanical drawings
- BasicPLC troubleshootingexperience preferred (no programmingrequired)
- Experience usingCMMSsystems (SAP Maximo or similar)
- Comfortable working3rd shiftin a production setting
- Manufacturing floor and cleanroom environment
- Ability togownand follow aseptic practices
- Physically active role requiring hands-on equipment work

- Ability to gown aseptically.

Compensation and Benefits
The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in New York is $21.82$32.72.
