Job Summary
Job Description
We are looking for a technically skilled Warehouse Supervisor to lead workshop operations and ensure equipment readiness for Metocean projects. Youll oversee maintenance calibration and logistics of Metocean equipment ensuring safe efficient and compliant operations.
The role combines hands-on technical leadership with team coordination and acts as a key link between engineering operations and support functions. Youll help maintain a high-performing technical environment that supports both daily operations and long-term capability development.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate maintenance calibration and testing of Metocean equipment
Manage workshop activities and resolve complex technical issues
Supervise daily operations resource allocation and safe use of tools and equipment
Ensure compliance with internal procedures and manufacturer guidelines
Support team development through training and performance follow-up
Oversee shipment and receipt of equipment ensuring documentation and timely availability
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelors degree in Oceanography Meteorology Environmental Science Engineering or a related technical field
Experience: Advanced experience with measurement equipment and workshop operations
Management Experience: Intermediate experience managing offshore or engineering staff
Strong understanding of Metocean instrumentation and systems
Familiarity with QHSSE standards and warehouse safety procedures
Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with inventory and warehouse management systems
Knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs compliance
Ability to coordinate across departments and support strategic goals
Strong leadership and communication skills
