Job Summary
Job Description:
1. Software Development:
o Develop and maintain software applications scripts and tools using modern programming languages.
o Write efficient scalable and reusable code that adheres to best practices.
2. System Integration:
o Integrate existing IT systems with new technical solutions to enhance operational workflows.
o Design and implement APIs for seamless data exchange across platforms.
3. Troubleshooting and Support:
o Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to software systems and applications.
o Provide technical support to endusers and ensure minimal downtime.
4. Testing and Quality Assurance:
o Conduct rigorous testing to ensure applications meet performance security and reliability standards.
o Collaborate with QA teams to identify and resolve defects.
5. Documentation:
o Create and maintain documentation for technical processes system configurations and codebases.
o Prepare user manuals and guides for developed solutions.
6. Collaboration:
o Work closely with crossfunctional teams including developers analysts and project managers to meet technical requirements.
o Participate in meetings and provide expert guidance on technical projects.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
3 to 5 years of experience as a Technical Developer in the IT/Telecom sector.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java Python .NET or similar.
Strong understanding of database management system integration and software design principles.
Familiarity with cloudbased platforms and tools (e.g. AWS Azure).
Excellent problemsolving analytical and organizational skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
