We are looking for a skilled Cinematographer to join our Performance Marketing team. This role is focused on creating high-converting video content for paid ads across Meta Google YouTube and other digital platforms.
You will work closely with performance marketers creative strategists and editors to shoot scroll-stopping videos designed for ROI CTR and conversions not just aesthetics.
Key Responsibilities
Video Production & Shooting
Plan and execute video shoots for performance-driven ad creatives
Shoot product videos UGC-style ads reels testimonials explainers & brand videos
Handle lighting setups camera angles framing and movement for ad-first content
Adapt shooting styles for short-form vertical formats (9:16)
Performance Marketing Support
Understand ad objectives and shoot content aligned to hooks angles & offers
Collaborate with performance marketers to test multiple creative variations
Shoot content that supports A/B testing and creative iteration
Optimize footage for Meta Ads Google Ads YouTube Shorts Instagram Reels
Cross-functional Collaboration
Coordinate with creative strategists editors & designers
Follow creative briefs and ensure deliverables meet timelines
Participate in brainstorming sessions for new ad formats and concepts
Asset Management
Organize raw footage project files and deliverables properly
Maintain consistency in brand guidelines across multiple clients
Ensure footage quality meets production and platform standards
Requirements
Experience & Skills
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cinematographer / Video Producer
Prior experience in agency or performance marketing setup is a strong plus
Strong knowledge of:
Camera operations (DSLR / Mirrorless)
Lighting techniques for indoor & outdoor shoots
Composition framing & motion
Experience shooting ads reels short-form videos UGC-style content
Understanding of how video creatives impact ad performance metrics
Technical Knowledge
Proficiency in handling cameras gimbals tripods lighting equipment
Basic understanding of video editing workflows (coordination with editors)
Familiarity with shooting for platforms like:
