As Manager of the Deal Desk you will play a critical roleona team that devises strategies to enable the countrystopbusiness and philanthropic leaders to maximize their financial and leadership contributions totackle the nations most complex challenges. You willprovide world-class strategic and operational leadership for StandTogetherscomplexlargeopportunities($500k).

Youllcollaborate closely withPartnership AdvisorsPartnership Success Managersleadership and cross-functional teams to ensure that large multifaceted deals movethrough shared vision stages. Your work will directly enable our partners to accelerate transformativeimpact atscale.

How You Will Contribute

Lead deal support for high-valueopportunitiesensuring structure clarity andtimelyexecution.
Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across proposal teamsPartnership Advisors communications legal and finance to alignobjectives streamline processes and produce compliantaccurate and clean proposal productsthat improve our win rates and reduce cycle time.
Develop andmaintaindeal frameworks templates and best practices to drive operational consistencyand efficiency building long-term capability.
Analyze partnership opportunities and provide insights that informdecisionmakingpledgestrategyandrisk assessment.
Report on pipeline and deal progress for executive leadership offering data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Continuously improve deal processes to increase efficiency enable scale and ensurethe right knowledge isacquiredat the right time.

What You Will Bring

8 years of experience indealdesk operations business operations strategic partnerships or related fields.
Demonstrated success managing complex cross-functional deals or initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
Strong analyticalandorganizationalskillswith attention to detail and a drive for operational efficiency.
Ability toidentifytrends andcommonalityacross opportunities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to distill complex ideas clearly and concisely.
Solutions-oriented principled and motivated by contribution and continuous improvement.
Ability to work independently and take initiative in a multifaceted organization to create a world class experience for our donor partners.
Proficient with project management tools and CRM systems ().
