Job Summary
Operations
In accordance with the E&A 10/20 Protection Standard provide guest surveillance at pool areas and rescue guests in distress
Dispatch guests on slides in accordance with procedures
Enforce safety rules
Provide first aid and emergency care
Provide warm and friendly guest service
Training
Maintain skills and knowledge at test-ready levels
Maintain lifeguard license and slide dispatch certification
Qualifications :
Excellent communication skills
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Working memory to collect accurate information
Excellent swimming ability
