Job Summary
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: KWD 350 500 per month (taxfree)
- Commission: Earn through personal training sessions
- Work Permit: Provided if required

Position Details:
- Role: Fitness Coach
- Sector: Leisure & Wellbeing
- Contract Duration: 2 years
- Location: Kuwait City Kuwait
Working Hours:
- 48 hours per week 8 hours per day 6 days a week)
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and lead group fitness classes personal training sessions and gym inductions
- Assess client fitness levels goals and health concerns
- Provide personalised exercise nutrition and wellness advice
- Monitor client progress and adapt fitness programmes as needed
- Ensure a safe and motivating training environment
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and follow Health & Safety regulations
- Keep accurate customer records
Requirements
Candidate Requirements:
Education & Certification:
- Accreditation Diploma or relevant qualification in a fitnessrelated field
Experience & Skills:
- Minimum 3 years experience in fitness coaching
- Strong knowledge of varied training techniques and approaches
- Fluent in English (verbal and written); Arabic is an advantage
- Personable approachable and passionate about health and fitness
- Enthusiastic hardworking and dedicated to client success
