The AM/JM2 - Manufacturing Engineering will lead and manage manufacturing processes optimize production efficiency ensure quality standards and support the development and implementation of new manufacturing technologies. The role requires expertise in project budgeting supplier evaluation ergonomics and regulatory compliance (APQP PPAP IATF 16949) to ensure smooth execution of manufacturing projects and product launches.
Required Experience:
- Strong expertise in APQP PPAP IATF 16949 and ISIR processes.
- Proven ability to create competitive project budgets (CAPEX and customer-paid).
- Hands-on experience in process optimization tool design and automation.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Timeline Gantt chart) and CAD software (e.g. AutoCAD Any 3D software).
- Knowledge of product and process layouts ergonomics and supplier evaluation.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Comprehensive understanding of APQP and its phases including process flow diagrams PFMEA and control plans.
- Strong knowledge of PPAP and ISIR documentation requirements.
- Expertise in DMR/DAP processes for new designs and supplier evaluations.
- Strong negotiation skills for FTG development and supplier engagement.
- Press tool Bending Tools forming tools Welding fixtures cost calculation.
- Analytical problem-solving skills with a focus on RCA/PCA.
- Technical expertise in pipe bending sheet metal mechanical press MIG welding TIG welding processes.
- Awareness of ergonomics principles for FTG and manufacturing line development.
- Advanced skills in project management and MS Office tools including Gantt charts and time plans.

- Ensure process validation for pipe bending sheet metal mechanical press and MIG welding processes.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive and corrective actions (PCA) for development and existing projects. Drive ergonomic considerations during the development of fixtures tooling and gauges (FTG).
