Job Summary

Our Client is a leading semi-governmental financial services provider delivering reliable and customer-focused financial solutions. They are hiring Call Center Agents to join a customer service team responsible for handling client inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. The role requires strong communication skills customer orientation and flexibility to work rotational shifts within a structured environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer calls professionally and politely

  • Respond to customer inquiries related to financial services

  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues efficiently

  • Escalate complex cases when needed

  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction

  • Follow company policies call scripts and service standards

Work Schedule

  • 6 working days per week

  • 6 hours per day

  • Rotational shifts

  • Call center operates from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM 7 days a week



Requirements

  • Polite professional and customer-oriented attitude

  • Good communication and listening skills

  • Ability to work rotational shifts

  • Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus
