Job Summary

System Configuration: Assist in setting up Zoho CRM modules custom layouts fields and validation rules based on client requirements.
Workflow Automation: Help design and implement automation tools such as Blueprints Workflows and Schedules to reduce manual data entry.
Data Migration: Use Excel and migration tools to clean map and import data from legacy systems into Zoho.
Low-Code Development: Learn and apply basic Deluge scripting (Zohos language) to create custom functions and integrations.
Requirement Gathering: Attend discovery meetings with customers to document business processes and pain points.
Testing & QA: Perform "User Acceptance Testing" (UAT) to ensure the configured system works as intended before the client goes live.
Training & Support: Help create user manuals record walkthrough videos and provide basic technical support to end-users.

Requirements

Basic knowledge of CRM systems (Zoho is a plus).
Familiarity with system configuration and workflow automation.
Good Excel skills for data cleaning and migration.
Interest in low-code tools and Deluge scripting.
Ability to gather requirements and document processes.
Basic understanding of UAT and testing.
Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
Good English skills.
