Each department at the University of Wisconsin La Crosse maintains an ongoing search to serve as a pool of potential instructors for program needs. If hired from this pool the instructor will be under the general supervision of the relevant department chair. The instructor is responsible for teaching undergraduate and/or graduate addition to preparing for and holding classes face-to-face hybrid and/or online teaching involves maintaining currency in the content area related to the teaching assignment evaluating students work assessing student outcomes providing regular and substantive feedback on student work maintaining appropriate records and holding office addition workload may involve advising students and/or providing other service to the department. Other duties may be assigned by the chair or dean.
