Responsibilities
- Post Deals
- Review scanned deal paperwork for accuracy
- Post all retail and wholesale deals
- Account for Contracts Rebates Inventory Deposits After-sell Products Cash Reporting and other items.
- Incentives/Rebates
- Submit incentive/rebate claims to manufacturer
- Post incentive/rebate payments from manufacturer when payment/notification is received
Inventory Schedules
- Review and clean schedules after all deals are finalized.
- Experience using a dealership management system (DMS) and payroll platform
Strong communication skills and eagerness to improve
Self-starter who can work both independently and with a team
Accounting degree (preferred not required)
Preferred AR/AP experience in automotive dealership
