This is a temporary position.
TheFLEXDirector Commercial Performance partners with Corporate and Continent leaders to refine and implement systems and tools including CTAC to support enterprise KPIs and drive commercial results across continents with a focus on AI enablement. This role oversees integration of tools platforms and resources for new brands acquisitions and growth initiatives ensuring alignment between Headquarters and Continent teams. Working closely with the Sr. Director the Director manages cross-continent initiatives monitors KPIs and supports Revenue & Technology EPP Imperatives while preparing communications for deployment and contributing to enterprise projects and priorities set by senior leadership.

4-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration Hotel and Restaurant Management or related major
10 years of relevant professional experience
Proventrackrecordconsultingto businessleadersanddesigning developingandimplementinghighimpactsolutionsinlargecomplex organizations using a variety of delivery methodologies

AdvanceFacilitationSkills:Leadthedesigndevelopmentanddeliveryofcomplexstakeholderexperiencesusingdesignthinking creativity and expert communication skills to deliver powerful results-oriented meetings and workshops.
