Job Summary
Maintenance Supervisor- HOAMCO (Mesa AZ)
HOAMCO is lookingfor a full-timeMaintenance Supervisor. The ideal candidate will bring experience in caring for buildings property and equipment with the ability to perform work independently with minimal supervision. Additionally the Maintenance Manager will take pride in keeping our property looking great.
This is a full-time position.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED required
- Building maintenance experience/handyman experience a plus
- Attention to detail
- Self-motivated
- Excellent communication skills
- People person
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance preventative maintenance cleaning and debris removal
- Diagnose various equipment problems and repair or recommend replacement
- Maintain grounds including pest control ground leveling root covering and general gardening
- Provide daily property inspection with weekly reports to the Association
- Participate in monthly property review with board members and contractor representatives
