Job Summary
Required Qualifications:
Candidate must be located within commuting distance ofWichita KSor be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.
Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 1 year of Information Technology experience.
This role may involve elevated access to Impact Level 4 (IL4) data and/or security requirements for handling controlled unclassified information (CUI) and sensitive data as defined by US Department of Defense (DoD).The eligible candidates must be US Citizens.
Serve as primary onsite support for datacenter hardware installation maintenance troubleshooting and decommissioning of servers storage and network devices.
Perform physical racking stacking cabling and labeling of equipment in accordance with company and industry best practices.
Conduct routine infrastructure health checks environmental monitoring (power cooling humidity) and escalate issues as needed.
Respond to and resolve hardware alerts service tickets and emergency requests with minimal supervision adhering to defined SLAs.
Coordinate with remote engineering network and operations teams to execute Handson tasks and support change management activities.
Maintain accurate inventory records asset tracking and documentation for all datacenter hardware and consumables.
Ensure compliance with security protocols access controls and safety standards within the datacenter environment.
Participate in on call rotation and provide afterhours/weekend support as required.
Mentor junior staff share technical expertise and contribute to continuous improvement of datacenter processes and procedures.

Excellent problem-solving communication and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage complex technical solutions.
Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to different roles.
Good to have experience with specific Hardware vendor: Cisco Dell
Excellent Communications and client interaction skills along with exceptional written and verbal skills as well as technical documentation
Extraordinary Planning Project Management Coordination and Analytical skills
Hands-on experience in working in Global Delivery Model with onsite/offshore resources
Exceptional Organizational Skills
Ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently
Readiness to demonstrate a proactive attitude
Solid attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
