Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with a demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality programs within aggressive timelines. The ideal candidate is a driven professional who moves with urgency quickly understands complex situations and devises actionable plans to ensure successful and timely program delivery. This role requires up to 50% travel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead fast-paced cross-functional program teams to achieve on-time in-scope delivery of complex initiatives.
- Rapidly assess project situations identifying issues and opportunities and quickly develop effective action plans.
- Drive execution with a strong sense of urgency ensuring that all program milestones and deliverables are met.
- Communicate clearly and proactively with stakeholders at all levels regarding program status risks and next steps.
- Foster a culture of ownership adaptability and accountability within teams.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to address challenges as they arise.
Responsibilities
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in business Management Engineering or a related field.
- 10+ years of overall experience with 5+ years of program management experience delivering complex projects against challenging timelines.
- Proven ability to move with urgency and drive results under pressure.
- Excellent problem-solving organizational and analytical skills.
- Superior communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Demonstrated skill in quickly understanding situations and developing action plans.
- Travel up to 50% to project sites and partner/customer locations as needed.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $109200 to $223400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
