What Youll Do

• Maintain a safe work environment and report unsafe conditions.
• Perform and document preventive maintenance on machinery and equipment.
• Inspect test and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems; repair or replace parts as needed.
• Install maintain and repair electrical hydraulic pneumatic and automated equipment.
• Operate welding and cutting tools and fabricate/repair wooden and metal structures.
• Adjust test and fine-tune devices and control instruments for proper performance.
• Initiate purchase orders for parts and materials.
• Maintain clean organized work areas in line with 5S standards.
• Follow company policies complete daily labor records and perform Lock-Out/Tag-Out procedures correctly.
• Develop multiple skills to support various production areas and work efficiently under urgency.
• Lift lower and carry up to 40 pounds as needed.

What Youll Need

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the maintenance field.
• High school diploma or GED; technical or vocational training preferred.
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery.
• Ability to read instructions blueprints and measurement devices (micrometers calipers).
• Basic computer skills.
• Tow Motor and Scissor Lift certification required; Arc Flash knowledge preferred.
• Knowledge in mechanical pneumatic electrical and hydraulic systems.
• Strong attention to safety teamwork and professionalism.
