Frasers Hospitality is looking for a Barista to join the team at Fraser Suites Abuja. As Barista you willplay a key role in delivering an exceptional drinking experience for our guests.

What you will be doing as a Barista:

• Reflect the Frasers Hospitality philosophy by providing the highest quality of service to customers and employees maintaining a positive attitude and team spirit.
• Greet customers as they enter.
• Provide drink menus and answer questions about ingredients.
• Take orders paying attention to details like coffee blend preferences and dairy/sugar ratios.
• Prepare beverages following recipes.
• Serve beverages and prepared food such as cookies pastries and muffins.
• Receive and process payments (cash and credit cards).
• Keep the bar area clean and maintain stock of clean mugs and plates.
• Check brewing equipment for proper operation and report maintenance needs.
• Comply with health and safety regulations and ensure hygiene and sanitation.
• Communicate customer feedback to managers and recommend new menu items.*
• Ensure good team spirit and working atmosphere by setting a good example giving clear instructions and following up on results.

You have proven experience in a similar role with excellent communication skills. You are an enthusiastic individual with a passion for food and customer experience. You will enjoy working as part of an amazing team who all share the same passion to create memories that our guests will remember. You have a hands-on attitude with attention to detail and experience in working in professional kitchens.
