Director of Orthopedic Services

Location: La Crosse/Onalaska WI (Regional Oversight)

We are seeking a dynamic leader to oversee our Orthopedic Service Line which includes orthopedic services sports medicine and podiatry across La Crosse/Onalaska and the surrounding region. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of care in a respected patient-centered health system.

What Youll Do

Lead Strategically: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for orthopedic services that aligns with organizational goals.
Drive Excellence: Build an infrastructure that enhances clinical quality patient satisfaction and financial performance.
Grow the Market: Expand service reach while attracting and retaining top-tier providers and staff.
Collaborate & Innovate: Partner with physicians clinicians and community stakeholders to deliver exceptional care.

What Were Looking For

Education: Masters degree in healthcare administration business or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 34 years of healthcare management experience.
- Preference for candidates with at least 3 years in an integrated healthcare system.
- Prior leadership experience in orthopedic or specialty services strongly desired.
Skills: Strategic thinker strong communicator and proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
