Job Summary

Starting Pay: $25/hr
Location: 910 Elm St Mckinney Tx 75069
Schedule: 7am - 5pm Monday - Friday.
Job Requirements
- Proficient in Brush & Roll painting techniques
- Knowledge and use of spray equipment (preferred)
- Ability to operate lifts ladders and power tools
- Must be able to distinguish colors on charts fan decks and labels
- Dependable transportation
- Flexibility to work varied hours including weekends nights and holidays
- Must be willing to undergo an onsite drug screen
- Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial and industrial paint and coating applications
Essential Job Functions
- Apply Latex oil-based and epoxy paints using brush and roll techniques
- Prepare surfaces (wood metal plastic aluminum stainless steel etc.) for paint application
- Ensure proper surface preparation for optimal coating performance

This position involves:
Repetitive movement
Frequent walking throughout the facility
Kneeling crouching and stooping
Use of hands to operate tools parts and equipment
Lifting up to 50 lbs. while bending twisting and standing
