Qualifications

- Doctor of Optometry (OD) Licensed or license-eligible in Arizona
- Experience in medical optometry and co-management preferred
- Patient-focused collaborative and committed to clinical excellence
- Team player who thrives in a supportive fast-paced environment
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
