Our client is a toptier Cosmetics company recognized for its innovative formulations high manufacturing standards and commitment to excellence. As they continue to expand they are seeking a skilled Accounting Manager to lead financial operations ensure compliance and support strategic decisionmaking across all business units.

Job Title:

Accounting Manager

Job Summary:

The Accounting Manager will oversee all accounting functions ensuring accurate financial reporting regulatory compliance and operational efficiency. This role requires strong leadership technical expertise in accounting principles and the ability to collaborate across departments to support the companys financial health and growth initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise daily accounting operations including AP AR GL and payroll.
Prepare and review monthly quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.
Lead monthend and yearend closing processes.
Oversee budgeting forecasting and financial planning activities.
Ensure compliance with internal controls tax regulations and external audit requirements.
Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures.
Manage cash flow forecasting and financial risk analysis.
Support strategic decisionmaking with financial reports and insights.
Collaborate with supply chain production and sales teams to align financial practices with business operations.
Lead and mentor a team of accountants to foster professional growth and high performance.

Key Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field (CMA CPA preferred).
10 years of progressive experience in accounting.
Strong knowledge of Egyptian accounting standards and IFRS.
Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
Exceptional analytical thinking and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Fluency in English (very good to excellent).
