Job Summary
VAM Systems is currently looking for ServiceNow Developer for our Bahrain operations with the following skillsets & terms and conditions:
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive ServiceNow Developer with hands-on experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) Customer Service Management (CSM) and IT Operations Management (ITOM). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing new workflows maintaining and optimizing existing flows and providing training and support to internal teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Familiarity with REST/SOAP integrations.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM CSM or ITOM).
Key Responsibilities:
- Design develop and implement new workflows and automation solutions across ITSM CSM and ITOM modules.
- Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow flows ensuring optimal performance and alignment with business needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Conduct training sessions and create documentation to upskill internal staff on ServiceNow functionalities and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow modules and integrations.
- Ensure compliance with ServiceNow development standards and governance processes.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and recommend improvements.
- Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience with ServiceNow development particularly in ITSM CSM and ITOM modules.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow Flow Designer Business Rules Script Includes and Integration Hub
