The Centre for Maritime Research and Experimentation (CMRE) is an established world-class scientific research and experimentation facility that organizes and conducts scientific research and technology development centred on the maritime domain. It delivers innovative and field-tested science and technology (S&T) solutions to address defence and security needs of the Alliance.
Responsibilities:
Organizes and keeps all ceremonies - Sprint Planning Daily Scrums Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives - within their timeboxes.
Proactively identifies and resolves blockers (e.g. technical issues or lack of resources) that hinder the teams progress.
Mentors team members on self-management cross-functionality and Agile principles to improve overall performance.
Assists with Product Backlog management ensuring items are clear and prioritized to maximize value.
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
A minimum requirement of a bachelors degree at a nationally recognised/certified University in an information systems physics or electronics related scientific or engineering discipline or other relevant scientific discipline and 2 years post-related experience.
An active CSM PSM or equivalent Scrum certification
A minimum of 3 years of professional experience facilitating Agile teams
Professional experience with project management tools collaboration platforms and documentation systems (e.g. Azure DevOps JIRA etc.)
Good level of spoken and written English
